Passport : Carrier Integration Enterprise tools
This project involved creating a scalable UX framework to support the platform's rapid expansion, ensuring consistent user experiences across multiple services and reducing design and tech debt. Addressing the historically manual and resource-intensive processes, Passport empowers carriers to independently manage their integrations, reducing Amazon's operational bandwidth by an estimated 95% and saving approximately $750k annually in the EU alone.
By designing intuitive self-service workflows, I directly contributed to enhancing usability and driving adoption among both third-party carriers (from small to large) and Transportation Program Managers (TrPMs).
The overarching goal was to enable TrPMs to shift their focus from routine tasks to strategic optimization, ultimately improving carrier relationships and driving efficiency within Amazon's global transportation network.
