Product Design & User Research

Senior UX and Product Strategist who builds intuitive products focussing on high-complexity, large-scale enterprise ecosystems.

With over 14 years of professional experience—including 7 years leading end-to-end design strategy within FAANG environments at Amazon—I specialize in translating high-ambiguity human behaviors into scalable product infrastructure. My unique professional trajectory bridges the gap between physical structural logic (grounded in my background in Physical Architecture) and deep digital infrastructure, spanning cloud computing, e-commerce, and advanced data analytics.

Operating at global FAANG scale has given me deep cross-functional fluency. I routinely embed with Machine Learning Scientists, Software Engineers, Operations Managers, and Product Teams to co-author product definitions from inception. This tight integration allows me to design with tight technical and data constraints rather than against them—neutralizing systemic friction, optimizing complex state management, and translating sophisticated backend logic into seamless, trusted user experiences.

Driven by a Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) from the University of Washington, I approach product development as a rigorous behavioral science. I treat every complex operational challenge as a testable hypothesis, combining meticulous user discovery with intentional visual and structural execution to unlock net-new business value and build measurable trust at scale.

As Lead designer, I recruited, developed and set design direction for other designers on the team.
