Conducted end-to-end design and research for third party seller products including Inbound inventory management, customer
returns and reporting for seller central.Led design and usability testing of customer returns, Seller inbound, Store Mover and
reporting tools on Seller Central.
Created a new initiative to amplify the seller voice into the FBA organization by executing and reporting on “Seller Deep Dives”
leveraging HMD (How’s my Driving) user feedback.
